The strangest thing that has happened to me, or I have seen on a Golfest trip was ... in 2005 on the Bandon Dunes trip. Everybody on the trip was gung-ho golfers until we walked the first four rounds. As the rounds wore on, the more injured our group became. I was one of only two golfers (the other was Bob Potts) who made the call to golf at Pacific Dunes for the second time. Everybody else resembled the walking wounded.
My (best) shining moment on the golf course was when ... I shot a double eagle at Desert Rose Golf Course.
If I could add or change anything about a round of golf, I would ... have a threesome of topless lady caddies.
My fantasy foursome would include ... Tiger Woods, Greg Norman, Sergio Garcia and me.
